City Surveys Ltd was founded in 2015 by Tony Jackson BSc (Hons) MRICS, who as sole director, carries out all inspections and report-writing for the company. A chartered building surveyor since 2001, Tony brings years of experience in conducting detailed inspections and producing clear reports for the private residential and social housing sectors.

An accredited Domestic Energy Assessor through Elmhurst Energy, Tony also regularly produces domestic Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) for vendors and landlords.
